Fococcia Pugliese rosemary potato bread; with smoked badger flame beets, fried capers, seeds, horseradish, and a sip of beet veloute.

White Fig Carpaccio with french breakfast radish, asian pear, whipped cashew, and elderflower mignonette.

Charcoal Grilled White Sweet Potato glazed with Jimmy Nardello; with root mash, apple chimichurri, & nutmeg.

Raviolo filled with cauliflower and  kale; with broccoli rabe and hazelnut in sherry brown butter.

Buckwheat Crepe stuffed with parsnip; with rosemary black lentils, cider haukeri turnips, chanterelles, & a puree of celeriac.

Creme Brulee with honeynut squash, pumpkin seed biscotti, apple compote.
