TASTING MENU

Fococcia Pugliese rosemary potato bread; with heirloom tomato, fried capers, seeds, horseradish, and a sip of melon gazpacho.

Nectarines & Peaches with arugula, jimmy nardello pepper, whipped cashew, and sweet cherry vinegar.

Fairytale Eggplant charcoal-grilled and glazed with hoisin; caponata, and eggplant mousse.

Cappelletti “little hats” filled with celeriac and spinach; with broccoli rabe and white beans in a loveage brodo.

Stuffed Carnival Squash with creamy carnaroli rice, chanterelles, pumpkin shoots, and black garlic.  

Frangipane Cake toasted almond, santa rosa plums, and basil whip.
