Polenta Cornbread Baguette sweet basil butter, heirloom tomatoes in their own juices, and a sip of melon salmorejo.

Salad of Peaches & Cucumbers loveage vinaigrette, cucumber salsa verde, and shaved radish.

Fairytale Eggplant charcoal-grilled and glazed with hoisin; caponata, and eggplant mousse.

Spaghetti alla Chitarra sweet corn crema, nabechan onion, whipped cashew, and marinated jimmy nardello pepper.

Butter-Poached Lobster Mushroom clarified shio koji, crispy carnaroli rice, christmas lima beans,  and tomato buerre blanc.

Frangipane Cake toasted almond, santa rosa plums, and basil whip.
