Caraflex Cabbage charcoal grilled & glazed in dijon mustard; green cucumber dressing, garlic scapes, tropea onion, and dill.

Fettuccine sweet corn crema, sunflower seed trapanese, garlic scape, heirloom tomato carpaccio.

Maitake Mushroom glazed with black garlic & sage;  fava bean risotto, sauce vierge, sprouting fioretto, and agretti.
