Charcoal Grilled Asparagus glazed with black garlic vinegar; romesco, young almond, and mint.

Spaghetti alla Chitarra ramp butter, bitter brassicas, whipped sunflower, castelvetrano olive, and blue basil.

Buckwheat Crepe creamy celery root & salsify; morel mushrooms, spring onion, fresh garbanzo, peas and their tendrils.

Panna Cotta violet, stewed rhubarb, and malted almond crumb.
