Ground Provisions is a reservation-only tasting menu experience rooted in seasonality and the expressive potential of plants.
Each week’s menu evolves with the rhythms of nearby farms, forests, and fields—shaped by preservation, fermentation, texture, acidity, and the fleeting nature of peak ingredients.
Dinner unfolds over multiple courses in an atmosphere designed to feel both intimate and transportive: refined without formality, thoughtful without pretense.
Our beverage program features natural wines, seasonal cocktails, local beer, and spirit-free offerings selected to move alongside the menu.
We welcome guests Wednesday through Saturday evenings by reservation only. Menus are released weekly, with reservations available 30 days in advance.We look forward to welcoming you.
